Returning Student Re-Enrollment for 2020-21 School Year

We’re thrilled you have decided to re-enroll your student for another school year at Ingenuity Prep. Please complete the steps below to confirm your child’s seat for the 2020-21 school year.

Steps to Re-enroll Your Student at Ingenuity Prep -- Deadline: May 1, 2020

All of the following steps were included in the Re-Enrollment Packet, which can be downloaded here.

Due to the COVID-19 closure, we have made all enrollment requirements able to be completed electronically. We request that all forms are completed at home via computer or phone. Documents may be submitted to admissions@ingenuityprep.org.

Re-Enrollment Office Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. by phone only (202) 562-0391.

Step 1:

Complete the Ingenuity Prep enrollment forms here. (Online only)

This form can only be completed online through the link provided above. Your SchoolMint username has been created for you; please do not create a new account. Your username is the same the one you used last year. You may use the “Forgot your password?” link if you do not remember your account password.

If you have challenges accessing the enrollment forms or need your family’s username, please call our front desk at (202) 562-0391 and we will be happy to assist you.

Step 2:

Submit the required student health documents and parent ID. (Online or email to admissions@ingenuityprep.org)

Health, Dental, and Immunization documents are required for all students. Copies of each form can be easily obtained from your student’s doctor and dentist. Copies of these forms are provided in the Returning Student Re-Enrollment Packet.

Step 3:

Provide proof of D.C. residency. (Email only)

This step is required by law to be conducted by all D.C. schools. The D.C. Residency Verification Guide can be found in the Re-Enrollment Packet. During the COVID-19 closure, residency may be submitted via email to admissions@ingenuityprep.org.

Please note that Ingenuity Prep staff will review all documents submitted and may request additional documentation or require that documents submitted electronically are re-submitted in person. Students will not be enrolled until residency verification documents are accepted.


All steps must be completed by May 1, 2020.

 

Failure to complete all steps by the deadline will result in a loss of the seat made available to your student.
