We’re thrilled you have decided to re-enroll your student for another school year at Ingenuity Prep. Please complete the steps below to confirm your child’s seat for the 2019-20 school year.
All of the following steps were included in the Re-Enrollment Packet, which can be downloaded here.
Computers with internet access are available at the school building for the purpose of assisting families in completing any online enrollment forms. We welcome you to come by the school building to complete your forms during the office hours listed below.

This form can only be completed online through the link provided above. Your SchoolMint username has been created for you; please do not create a new account. Your username was provided on the letter sent home to families on Thursday, March 28. You may use the “Forgot your password?” link if you do not remember your account password.

Submit the required student health documents and parent ID. (Online or In-person)
Health, Dental, and Immunization documents are required for all students. Copies of each form can be easily obtained from your student’s doctor and dentist. Copies of these forms are provided in the Returning Student Re-Enrollment Packet that was provided to you on March 28 and can be obtained at the front desk or downloaded here.
Sign the Ingenuity Prep Re-Enrollment Confirmation Form. (In-person only)
The signing of this form marks the last step in confirming your student’s re-enrollment for the 2019-20 school year.
All steps must be completed by May 1, 2019.
Failure to complete all steps by the deadline will result in a loss of the seat made available to your student.
