We’re thrilled you have decided to re-enroll your student for another school year at Ingenuity Prep. Please complete the steps below to confirm your child’s seat for the 2017-18 school year.
All of the following steps were included in the Returning Student Re-Enrollment Packet, which can be downloaded here.
Computers with internet access are available at the school building for the purposes of assisting families in completing any online enrollment forms. We welcome you to come by the school building to complete your forms during the office hours listed below.

This form can only be completed online through the link provided above. Prior to completing the forms, you will be asked to create a login using a code. Your student’s unique code was provided on the letter sent home to families on Thursday, March 30.

Submit the required student health documents and parent ID. (Online or In-person)
Health, Dental, and Immunization documents are required for all students. Copies of each form can be easily obtained from your student’s doctor and dentist. Copies of these forms are provided in the Returning Student Re-Enrollment Packet that was provided to you on March 30 and can be obtained at the front desk or downloaded here.
Sign the Ingenuity Prep Re-Enrollment Confirmation Form. (In-person only)
The signing of this form marks the last step in confirming your student’s re-enrollment for the 2017-18 school year.
All steps must be completed by May 1, 2017.
Failure to complete all steps by the deadline will result in a loss of the seat made available to your student.
