Ingenuity Prep believes that great teachers are supported by exceptional leaders. Instructional leaders at Ingenuity Prep are charged with evolving and supporting the implementation of visions of excellence that drive adult practice across the organization. Ingenuity Prep’s principals, assistant principals, coaches, and instructional coordinators lead and coach teams of teachers to create joyous, robust classrooms and rich, rigorous instructional practice that will close the achievement gap for our students. At the same time, Ingenuity Prep invests in its leaders through a variety of developmental opportunities, including Relay’s National Principals Academy Fellowship, Teach Like a Champion train-the-trainer workshops, consultation with leading curriculum and instructional consultants, and participation in several communities of practice.
Teaching at Ingenuity Prep is different. Whether you teach PreK or 4th grade, you are part of a collaborative, dynamic classroom team and share instructional responsibilities — from lesson delivery to data analysis. Whether you’re a master teacher or a novice, you will have a dedicated coach who will provide you with frequent and actionable feedback to support your growth. And no matter your experience or role, as you grow with Ingenuity Prep you will be rewarded for effective performance over time through our innovative teacher career ladder, as well as opportunities to mentor and model for new teachers as a class lead.
Student & Family Support
Educating students is a partnership between students and families. Ingenuity Prep’s Student and Family Support Team provides critical support to ensure this partnership is strong. Whether you are a Speech and Language pathologist, School Psychologist, Social Worker, member of the School Culture Team, or Aide, you will work closely with teachers, caregivers, and instructional leadership to ensure that all of our students have what they need to be successful, and that families have the tools and resources they need for their kids.
