Operations

As a member of the Business & Operations Team, the Assistant Director of Operations will coordinate a range of day-to-day operational and business functions, ensuring the school operates highly efficiently in support of Ingenuity Prep’s academic mission. The Assistant Director of Operations will be responsible for a wide-range of functions on the team. The position will report to both the Director of Operations and the Director of Data and Compliance and will manage a School Operations Associate.

An ideal candidate for this position should have a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant, school-based professional experience. Previous experience in school operations is strongly preferred. Previous experience as a teacher is highly valued. He/she should demonstrate exemplary interpersonal skills, possess strong organizational and planning skills, and be highly proficient in the use of GoogleDocs and Microsoft Office – particularly Excel. Experience with WordPress, Illustrator, and/or student information systems (Powerschool, etc.) is highly valued but not required.

As a member of the Business & Operations Team, the Student Recruitment and Enrollment Manager will coordinate a range of day-to-day student recruitment and admissions functions, ensuring the school meets enrollment targets in support of Ingenuity Prep’s academic mission. The position will report to the Director of Data and Compliance.

An ideal candidate for this position should have a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant, school-based professional experience. Previous experience in school operations is strongly preferred. Previous experience as a teacher is highly valued. He/she should demonstrate exemplary interpersonal skills, possess strong organizational and planning skills, and be highly proficient in the use of Google Docs and Microsoft Office – particularly Excel. As a member of the Business & Operations Team, the School Operations Associate supports a range of day-to-day operational functions, ensuring the school operates highly-efficiently and highly-effectively in support of Ingenuity Prep’s academic mission. The School Operations Associate is primarily responsible for the management of the front desk and administrative offices.

A candidate for this position should have an associate’s degree. A bachelor’s degree and previous experience working in a school-based, customer service, and/or administrative setting are preferred but not required. He/she should have exemplary interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills and proficiency in the se of Microsoft Office and GoogleDocs.

As a member of the Business & Operations Team, the Food Services Associate is responsible for the day-to-day food services operational functions and ensuring the food service program operates highly-efficiently and highly-effectively in support of Ingenuity Prep’s academic mission.

A candidate for this position should have a high school degree. Candidate must possess a Food Handler’s License or be willing to acquire a Food Handler’s License. Previous experience working in a school and/or food service is preferred but not required. He/she should have exemplary interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and GoogleDocs.
