Teaching at Ingenuity Prep is different. Whether you teach PreK or 4th grade, you are part of a collaborative, dynamic classroom team and share instructional responsibilities — from lesson delivery to data analysis. Whether you’re an experienced teacher or a novice, you will have a dedicated coach who will provide you with frequent and actionable feedback to support your growth. Student & Family Support

Student & Family Support

Educating students is a partnership between students and families. Our Student and Family Support Team provides critical support to ensure this partnership is strong. Whether you are a Speech and Language pathologist, School Psychologist, Social Worker, member of the School Culture Team, or a School Aide, you will work closely with teachers, caregivers, and instructional leadership to ensure that all of our students have what they need to be successful, and that families have the tools and resources they need for their kids. Operations & Talent

Our Operations and Talent teams keep school running smoothly so that students, staff and families can thrive. The roles on these teams are crucial and wide ranging, from planning the critical logistics that create excellent student, staff and family experiences, to gathering and analyzing school data, to recruiting future teachers and leaders. These team members are critical partners to instructional leaders, helping them to maximize their time and energy on teacher development and student achievement. Starting Salaries at Ingenuity Prep

We value the experience you bring to our team.  Our starting salary scales take into account up to 10 years of prior years of equivalent experience.  Staff who stay with us will also see predictable annual increases based on their performance.
